Why Phoenix? A Phoenix obtains new life by rising from the ashes of its predecessor, a bit like how all our designs have similarities but are also different – this design is entirely fresh from the V1-V4 and as such has a distinctive name to mark the shift.of the design include:

- Ti-6Al-4V Titanium handles, liners and built-in backspacer.
- Non-locking blade.
- Cutting Edge 2.5″
- Deep carry pocket clip removable and recessed into handle.
- Tip-up Right-handed & Left-handed Carry (ambidextrous).

- Designed by C D. Pearson in the UK.
- Blade finish: Satin.
