Update 28/05/21 – Hoo Knives V1

We are very pleased to announce the Hoo Knives V1 prototypes are just about finished!

Logos and numbering of the prototypes are now needing to be added, prototypes will have #000 to show how the numbers will look on the first batch but not hinder the #001–#250 numbering for them.

You can see the latest photographs of the Prototype below.

You can still pre-order the Hoo Knives V1 here – https://hooknives.com/product/pre-order-hoo-knives-v1

We thank you for your continued patience and kind support, the process has been long with a few bumps in the road but we believe the finished product will speak for itself in time.

Kindest regards,

Hoo Knives ?

Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,

We have a small update on the first batch of our @Hoo_Knives V1 in the form of the initial rough untreated structure.

The next update we hope to bring you will be the completed prototypes when the blades return from their heat treatment processes and receive the finishing touches.

Thank you greatly for your continued support and patience.

Kindest regards,

Update 11/05/21 – Hoo Knives V1

Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,

We wanted to bring you this update to keep you posted on the state of affairs with the development prototypes.

Unfortunately, we reported a small delay before completion due to a Chinese national holiday slowing down the blades heat-treating process and postage at the beginning of this month.

We are happy to say that we now are on track to have the prototypes completed this coming week and will have the logos laser-etched when the blades arrive back from the heat-treatment facility in Yangjiang, Guangdong Province.

Below we have attached a photograph of the current state of play with the scales, they have been completed and received a sandblasted finish to provide more grip.

You can also seen a video of the scales via our Instagram page below.

I would like to personally apologise for the delay in relation to the prototypes once again but please know it will not affect the estimated completion time of four months for the first batch.

We will be sure to keep you fully updated on this and we can’t wait to bring you more videos and photographs once the prototypes are fully completed.

Thank you greatly for your continued support and patience.

Kindest regards,

Hoo Knives.
