How to use the Exchange:
- 1. Fill out the Hoo Exchange Form: Share details and a few photos of the product you’re eager to exchange.
- 2. Rough Valuation Email: Receive a prompt email with an initial valuation based on the photos you provided.
- 3. Send in Your Hoo: Ship your second-hand Hoo to us for a thorough condition check and authentication.
- 4. Final Valuation: Get a comprehensive valuation via email, reflecting the condition of your Hoo. Accept or reject the offer.
- 5. Accepted Offer: Upon acceptance, we send you a gift card for the agreed amount, retaining the exchanged Hoo.
- 6. Rejected Offer: If the offer doesn’t meet expectations, we promptly return your Hoo.
- 7. Second-Hand Showcase: The pre-loved Hoo becomes available to customers at a reduced second-hand rate.
